It is not easy to introduce the self. As self is complex and ever changes. You always only know me at the surface at the begining and, latter on, dependent on who you are, you start to trully know me. Wait a minute, you said you felt you seemed to know me for quite a long time even at the begining of our knowing each other? Then I love to talk to you as this is so myterious! 
I guess you will perceive me as confident and full of my own view on life but you will also notice that I am such a good listener to others that you may just love to talk to me. Indeed, that is not mysterious, a bit compassionate heart, a bit intellegence, a lot of learning and practicing....
You may also perceive me as very cultural man, such a rare case in the modern Chinese. : ) I hope that is not my boastfulness. I indeed hope you too and every one too. I love psychology, philosophy, art, religion.... I love meditation and taiji....
I might look extravert as I am pretty good at public speaking and at showing who I am and I am not shy. But indeed i have a lot of intervertness and love quite time and fewer and deeper relationship than a lot and superficial ones. Maybe in the most tender part of me, I am shy. Who know?
I guess if you are less materialistic and have your own depth, you may perceive me as a very interesting person. A good companion.
So who I think I trully am? I am all the above and more than the above. That is waiting for you to come to find out...
I accept life as it is and I am passionate to engage life activities which I perceive as meaningful. Three most important things in life for me is: wisdom, compassion and love. I love these three words.
